As an expert in disaster science and the background to the pandemic as well as a creative musical artist, Terry Gibson writes narratives which link the music to that strange moment. The Last Trump: . . . the second version of track 9, 'Brand New Year' was a response to the Capitol riots. The style flipped from Copland to vaguely Emerson Lake and Palmer and this, again, was a remote collaboration with Rik Loveridge.
